sdsquires - Hey, Katbos, you should be getting ARC for Danelaw pronto. Hubby sent them off today. Now I'm going to be good so Cissy won't whip me.

O - What are the limits what won't you write about
sdsquires - Hey, Lea!!

sweetp1942 - Hi everyone
RondaT - Cool, I went and looked Mac. You have a greats links page
Lea - I need top visit there Val I got these two guys I have been chatting with from Scotland are asking me to come over there to visit them.
WinnieGriggs - O - not sure I have limits per se - there's just some scenarios that interest me more than others
Mac - Ty, I did that late last night, sine I had to head home earlier today...**sigh**
KatBos - Ohhh, Glo, I bet you are counting the months down!!
Mac - oops...since
RondaT - Oh, me neither, Evelyn and I won't read it either
Lea - :::tossing duct tap;e to Kathleen:::::::
sdsquires - Great banner Winnie--Is your name mud with your home town folks? Whatever it takes!
Cissy - Caffey has the next question (no one in line)
RondaT - ?
Caffey - Winnie, tami asked a question that now I want to add to, is this book connected to any other books of yours and which?
Kathleen Nance - ::catching the duct tape:: Thanks, Lea
WinnieGriggs - Thanks squires - so far everyone's been real supportive (tho I've seen a few raised eyebrows )
val - TWO guys - your lucks in - and you what they say about scots - watch out for those kilts! lol
Rose! - If you get a chance Ronda, read Mac's Sabatoge story..It is a real hoot and a great read!
O -
Margret -
WinnieGriggs - Caffey - no none of my books are connected so far, except that they take place in similar time periods
RondaT - sure will, Rose.
Caffey - great. I'll look for them.
Lea - welcome kathleen
Cissy - Ronda has the next question (O, Margret in line)
Mac - , Rose....sheesh
Caffey - i always check cuz i'm obessive in reading in order
Mac - It's just a short story, that I may add more to later.......nothing special.
Sara - squires, congrats on the PW list!
Rose! - it is the truth Mac...get over it!! LOL
Hunt4Me2 - ?
Mac - Why's it a hoot anyhow?
evelynrogers - did someone say she's on vacation from London...now that's a switch
RondaT - I want to hear about the Dec releases again since I missed it.
Rose! - If I told you why...it would give it away!
sdsquires - Thanks Sara! I was really shocked. They mentioned both Body Electric and Susan Grant's Contact as the most influential paperbacks in 2002. I just wanted to write a good read. Who knew it was influential?
WinnieGriggs - WHATEVER IT TAKES is about a pair of mismatched, headstrong, strangers who enter into a mock-courtship. SHE needs to gain respectability to adopt an orphan she has grown to love, HE needs to satisfy a debt of honor his family owes her.
Cissy - Okay! Evelyn & Winnie, will you tell us again about your December books?
Mac - It is NOT about him, Rose....sheesh
KatBos - Susan, oh yeah! Very influential!!
WinnieGriggs - Neither Maddy nor Clay have matrimony in mind, but when they enter into the pretend engagement, things become a bit too real for comfort. As the line between pretense and reality begin to blur, the sparks that fly threaten to send all their well-laid plans up in smoke..
sdsquires - I did too, Ronda. Can we go again?
Lea - really Elelyn most of us are trying to get there
val - why's that a switch - London against Orlando in winter time - guess which I picked, of course the bloody weather reminds me of home as it's tipping down (I was going to say a different phrase but don't want to offend! )
sdsquires - That sounds great, Winnie. I was really proud of you over this one....
WinnieGriggs - Thanks squires - really appreciate your support
Lea - wellcaue most olf us americans want to visit London and see the castles etc
val - Sue Grant much be chuffed especially after the Walmart fiasco.
evelynrogers - Makenna goes to an isolated cottage on the Isle of Wight to mend a broken heart, wanting solitude and peace. Instead she runs into a dark and dangerous sea captain on her isolated beach that turns out to be haunted!
evelynrogers - It's duct tape time.
sdsquires - Yeah, Val. It sort of validates you with all those folks who think we write light-weight smut. It's NOT light weight (LOL)
Lea - I can imagine Walmart is kicking their butts for not displaying Susan Grant's book
RondaT - The books sound great ladies!
Rose! - Here evelyn...catch!
WinnieGriggs - Thanks Ronda
Caffey - they do Ronda
sdsquires - Ohhh, haunted beaches? That's really different evelyn....
Cissy - O has the next question (Margret, Hunt4Me in line) the queue is closed
Kathleen Nance - Evelyn, handing you my duct tape
val - lol not many castles in London - but I get your drift. I do visit a lot of the historic houses, as I live in South London fairly near to places like Hever and Penshurst. Does put you off Henry VIII though!
Margret - evelyn, sorry if i offend you, but did you write flame, raven and angel?
Lea - I"'d like to see the country side
sdsquires - Val, I've been somewhere in Britain about 8 times--love it all. Most recently did an Alfred quest through Wiltshire for Danelaw. I think i'm an anglophile.
val - cya Ronda
tami - LOL, bye Ronda
Caffey - well i'm off ladies. had a great time!!! thank you again
Lea - night ronda
RondaT - Books sound wonderful, banners look great as always Cissy

KatBos - Night Ronda!
evelynrogers - bye, Ronda
Cissy - thank you Ronda!
WinnieGriggs - Bye Caffey
sdsquires - ?
Hunt4Me2 - do b do b dooooo
tami - bye Caffey
Margret - Evelyn, I LOVED Them- they were all three wondderful, steamy, and very good reads-
val - Bet you're still recovering from Winchester with all it's hills. I use to live in Poole when I was at school. Bet you've visited York as well.
KatBos - Well, everybody, I must go too. Night and see you all next week!!
Kathleen Nance - Good night, Ronda
Lea - So are we saving our pennies for RWA
Kathleen Nance - 'Night Kathy and Caffey
evelynrogers - Thanks, margret. I still get a lot of mail about them, mostly from people who want one of the three. Alas, they're out of print.
Hunt4Me2 - my turn plzplzplzplz
sdsquires - Be well, Katbos.....
WinnieGriggs - Good Night KatBos
Mac - Can't do RWA...but may be able to swing RT next year...it'll be within a day's drive.
Lea - night kat
tami - night Kathy
Margret - my library got them for me- they had flame, and ordred raven and angel for me- they were wonderful
Cissy - Margret has the next question (Hunt4Me, sdsquires in line) the queue is closed
Hunt4Me2 - sorry wasnt paying attention are you susan squires? I read your book "Boy Electric" some of my pages were wet from tears shed. I liked the books but kminda wished for a better ending something like riding off into the sunset. Did your pubishers cut it?
sdsquires - Val--York at Christmas, we walked the walls in the snow....great. A highlight.
evelynrogers - I love libraries...used to be a librarian, as a matter of fact.
sdsquires - Hunt--that's me, and no they didn't cut the end. I kinda like endings where you don't quite know what's going to happen, only that the H & H are probably up to whatever comes their way.
Margret - flame's story really got to me- when after she had her miscarriage, and she was troubled, she would whisper to her lost baby- so touching
Cissy - Margret, did you ask your question?
Hunt4Me2 - arghhhhhhhhhhhh nononono i wwant happy ....gosh my lifer is the pits i need happy endings bad
Margret - yes I did Cissy, and Evelyn answered it- thank you
Hunt4Me2 - Cissy she asked about Ms Rogers books
evelynrogers - ah, Margret, you are thrilling me right now. It's wonderful when words do what you want them to do.
Cissy - oops, sorry
sdsquires - Hey, I thought it WAS happy! They found each other across a huge divide. They're going to make it together, I swear!!
Cissy - Hunt4Me has the next question (sdsquires in line) the queue is closed
Cissy - or was that your question already below, Hunt?
Hunt4Me2 - But Ms Squires your books are so hard to come by over in Michigan...i have a couple on my wish list but the stores dont carry them
val - I spent a week once in York because the co I worked for was based there, I didn't get to see anything. York shuts at 5pm! The only thing open by the time I got back to the co flat was a supermarket! I want to go there again. BTW have you seen the tv series they did in the UK called The Blood of the Vikings?
Margret - and then they found their half-brother they never knew about, and they accepted him with open arms
Hunt4Me2 - yup was asking about Body Electric
sdsquires - Oh, dear... that's always awful to hear. Sacrament is sometimes around. Danegeld will be out again when Danelaw comes out in Feb. Hang in there.
Cissy - sdquires has the last question
Kathleen Nance - Hunt, I think you just have to get the stores quickly -- I think they sell out. Or are filed elsewhere beyond romance
sdsquires - No! Val, Blood of the Vikings? How can I get it?
evelynrogers - The half brother was the only character I've done who was special ...a slow learner or whatever the correct term is now but artistically talented
sdsquires - No, Cissy that wasnt my question! My question is for Evelyn. What is your next out? (I think we're
Hunt4Me2 - well tell BORDERS in Grosse Pointe, Michigan (near Detroit) to get their buts in grear
sdsquires - going to be released in the same month.
Margret - yes, and he brought so much to the story and why his brother was so angry at the family
sdsquires - Also, Hunt, you can order them from Borders..... (grin)
Mshel - Hunt try B&N- They usually have a larger selection in Grosse Pte
Delyn1 - Hunt... Borders didn't get Sacrament for 3 months after released in Traverse.
evelynrogers - squires, contrats on all the wonderful things happening to you...next out, after this month's GHOST OF CARNAL COVE, will be western, thought I'd never go back to those, but I have. Oct. 03, then it's another gothic
Hunt4Me2 - ya i know
val - They keep repeating it on tv, if your video player handle PAL I can tape it off when I get home, I'll check who it's made with - normally a US network's involved like A&E.
Lea - hey who woukld be interested in taking a trip to scotland with me? I got invited to go there.
Hunt4Me2 - Mshel the B&N over here in GP ...are snobs
evelynrogers - squires, make that congrats...fingers cold tonight, our heat won't go on and it's in the 40s
sdsquires - Oooh, a western! I can hardly wait.....
Cissy - Thanks everyone for a great chat!
Cissy - Please come back next week for more fun!
val - Hunt you can probably order them through barnesandnoble.com - order more then 2 books and it's free shipping.
Margret - you're so good to us cissy!!!
Mshel - NOOO- I use to work there... I'm not a snob..LOL
sdsquires - Thanks, Cissy, for your patience and fortitude.
tami - Is that going to be another series Evelyn? I loved the Secret Fires series so much! Stone was my favorite!
Kathleen Nance - Evelyn -- your Westerns are wonderful
Hunt4Me2 - trade ya Evelyn...its 8 out here now
Lea - and no taxes hunt
Rose! - Poor Evelyn...here it is in the single digits! LOL
WinnieGriggs - Thanks Cissy, for the orchestration
