Credit card billing for web hosting/design, advertising and promotion is available on a monthly basis only. Promotion packages which span 3 months will be billed monthly in equal installments (i.e., the "Sell My Book" Package will be billed at $91.67 per month for 3 months). All other billing options (quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing) must be paid by check or money order.
