WriterSpace LLC 30-Day Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Notice Requirement
    Clients may cancel their author services contract with WriterSpace LLC at any time, provided they give a minimum of 30 days’ notice. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] or through our online contact form.
  2. Refunds and Final Billing
    • Final Payment: Clients are responsible for any fees accrued during the 30-day notice period. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before the end of the notice period.
    • Pro-rated Refunds: If the client has paid for services in advance, a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of the service will be issued, minus the cost of any services rendered up to the date of cancellation.
  3. Cancellation Procedure
    To initiate a cancellation, clients must provide their full name, contract number, and a brief explanation for the cancellation. The notice period will begin once the cancellation request is received and acknowledged by WriterSpace LLC. We will acknowledge receipt of the cancellation request within 3 business days.
  4. Exceptions
    This policy does not apply to custom packages or services specifically tailored to the client, where work has already commenced. In such cases, a mutually agreed upon cancellation process will be followed.
  5. Termination of Services
    Upon successful cancellation, all work will cease at the end of the 30-day notice period. Any deliverables completed during the notice period will be provided to the client, assuming full payment has been made.
  6. Future Engagements
    Clients who cancel are welcome to re-engage with WriterSpace LLC at any time. However, they may be subject to a new agreement and pricing.
